The Liberal Democrats came second to the Conservatives in the recent Beacon ward by-election, with Lib Dem Declan Logue receiving over 28% of the vote.

The result in full was:

  • Conservative 413 (45.19%)

  • Labour 147 (17.17%)

  • Lib Dem Declan Logue 296 (34.58%)

Turnout 856 (16.59%)
